If I had the chance to give them a literal ZERO, I absolutely would. I bought a ***** lawn mower from ****** back in August of 2022. I ran the unit just fine last summer, emptied out all of the tanks and cleaned it up before putting it away for winter. Fast forward to Summer of ‘23, I changed the spark plug, oil, and fuel (even added the stabilizer which was recommended by them) before I began to use the unit for the summer. All of a sudden, I use it maybe three times between the end of May, and end of June, and I try to crank this thing on with absolutely no response. Keep in mind, I had just ran this unit about two hours prior running just fine before it did not respond to the power on crank. I contacted ***** directly and they recommended to bring to this place as they are “authorized dealers.”This place had the audacity to say that the reason why the unit wouldn’t start is because there was an “apparent diesel smell.” For anyone who owns a regular vehicle, you’d think you would know the difference between diesel and PREMIUM GAS. I was then contacted by a ***** rep whom proceeded to stand by their diagnosis and telling me 7 different ways how I did not followed directions for putting fuel into the tank. One thing is certain, I will never ever buy a ***** power tool in my lifetime and certainly will not step foot inside this business because their level of expertise is 100% subpar. If they wanted to lie about what was wrong with it or just flat out did not want to spend the time to figure out what was wrong, they could’ve lied about anything else instead of telling me that I am incompetent and do not know the difference between diesel and combustible fuel. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Hi ***** We are sorry you're having a issues with the ***** Mower purchased from Lowes. We have been a servicing dealer for ***** for over 30years and we give the best advise as possible using the experience we've learned over those years. I see that there was No Charge on your R.O. which says the fuel smells like Diesel or something other than fuel.
We would suggest if your planning your own repair that you focus in that area. If I can be of further assistance please reach out to be personally. Jeffrey W****** Owner.
