    I am writing to request a full refund for the oil change service performed on my 2023 ****** ****** ** at your *** ****** location on April 22nd. While I understand that your location may have been understaffed that day, the two-hour wait time was unexpectedly long.

    Following the service, I noticed rattling noises emanating from underneath my vehicle. I returned to your ****** location a couple of days later, at which point your staff replaced some of the splash shield clips in an attempt to resolve the rattling sound. At no point during this visit was any damage to the splash shield mentioned.

    However, there were additional issues with the service. Upon later inspection, we discovered that the cabin air filter housing was not properly re-clipped. My husband had to correct this himself.

    Furthermore, during a recent visit to ****** ******, their service department informed me of damage to my splash shield directly attributable to the service performed at your ****** location on April 22nd. ****** ****** reported that eight additional clips were missing and had to be replaced, with two locations where clips cannot even be reinstalled due to the damage caused by your ****** location. They described the damage as "slight" but indicated that it may necessitate a complete replacement of the splash shield in the future due to the compromised integrity and missing clips.

    These multiple issues – the improperly installed cabin air filter and the damage to the splash shield (discovered by ****** ******) which has led to missing clips and a potential future replacement of the splash shield – are incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I request a full refund for the oil change service.

    location meaning it is privately owned and operated. This shop will handle all
