    Rhodes Pump Services was a pleasure to work with during a stressful time. Our well pump was destroyed by a lightning strike on a Wednesday afternoon. On the recommendation of a friend, I dialed the company's after hours answering service and was connected directly to the company's owner. They were at our house the following morning, and within a short time restored water to our house through a temporary measure and diagnosed the extent of the damage and a breakdown of the costs to repair. The company owner Bill was a pleasure to work with. He kept us abreast each step of the way, outlining possible steps and costs clearly, and guiding us through the process of working with our insurance company. His office manager Susan, and the men who did the work to replace the damaged portion of the well, were professional and a delight to work with. We hightly recommend them.

    This company is a disgrace. They failed to properly inspect my water system. When my wife called them out on it, the owner made a disgusting remark about how her husband should deal with them instead of her. What a disgusting pig - this company and their license should be investigated
