    On March 24, 2023 I had a scheduled highlight service with noelle. I have been seeing her for a few times. I arrived in time and had brought my children with me, which she previously had approved of them coming. They sat and were on their ***** and my baby was asleep in the newborn car seat. Everything seemed to be going fine until it was time to dry my hair. When it was done. It looked like it was still beer and stringy. She out so much product in it that it was a grease pit. I still Pai full price, tje exact price I’m charged every time I go. I get home. And I see that the bleach has bled through the foils, and they were met even applied close to my roots causing it to still look grown out. There were bleach blobs and spots all over my head. I took photos and sent them to her and she basically said she’s sorry I’m not happy with the outcome but she can’t be my stylist anymore. She offered a redo, which I am not comfortable putting any more harsh chemicals in my already damaged hair, further compromising its integrity. I asked for a refund and she said no. At this point I was desperate and even offered to pay for a redo in a few weeks (to let my hair recover) and she said she couldn’t until June and we aren’t a good fit anyways so to go down the street to get it fixed somewhere else. I was left with uneven lot bleached hair and a greasy stringy blowout leaving me financially and emotionally in the hole. She blamed the result in my kids being there which she allowed. I know that was not the reason because someone very close to me also went to her and had the same result with her highlight. It’s due to skill level, education, and laziness.

    Ashley has been very vocal about her dissatisfaction with her hair services, to the point of harassment and bullying. Her stylist has had some severe anxiety over this issue. We pride ourselves on a calm, relaxing salon experience. Ashley brought along 4 children under the age of 6 to her appointment. While the entire staff, and clients, did their best to help with this situation, it was unreasonable to expect such young children to sit nicely for a 2+ hour appointment. It is not our salon policy to refund for services rendered. We are more than happy to work with our clients to get the desired results. Unfortunately, the text exchange with Ashley indicated she was only interested in a refund. Ashley has been to the salon a handful of times, this is not the first time she has been dissatisfied. We've had our concerns that our salon is not the right fit for her. We take very seriously the integrity of our salon, and the satisfaction of our customers. We hope this matter can be resolved in a respectful manner. We are attaching all correspondence with Ashley over this matter.
