    Michael and his assistant had to demo our bathroom today from a leak in the waterline in the wall and floors. The leak must have been there for sometime. They had brought out a machine last week to drain up and dry the damaged area. Well I must they came at 10:00 to start and worked until 8:00. They worked very hard. First they boxed up all of our belongings and got right to the demo. They treated the wet damaged areas, installed machines to dry everything out. They were very courteous and worked non-stop until they cleaned up and ended there day here. Most Impressed! Would highly recommend this company Ercolano Cleaning and Restoration. I can't wait for the next phase to get our bathroom back. Thanks Guys!

    I had a great experience with Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration. This is a company with down to earth people who really care about doing right by their clients and truly make every effort to do an excellent job.
    My lovely dog was sprayed by a skunk and made my house almost uninhabitable. The smell was nauseating and I panicked, not knowing how I could possibly get rid of the overwhelming stench. I called Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration who came to my rescue in Bridgeport.
    They walked me through the options I had and suggest they drop off air scrubbers and spray a deodorizing solution around the house. They even gave me helpful tips like putting bowls of vinegar around the house and changing my HVAC filters.
    They came the next morning and set up 3 air scrubbers and sprayed the entire house. The team who arrived were extremely polite and made sure to explain how the scrubbers and spray worked.
    The air scrubbers were left for 4 days, constantly filtering the air. When they called to schedule the team to come pick up the scrubbers, it was clearly important to them to make sure I was comfortable with the smell in the house and offered to spray again, which they did.
    The scrubbers and the spray helped tremendously! I can’t thank Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration enough for providing wonderful service and getting the job done!

    I hired this company back in December 2022 for a fire in my home that occurred. They demolished the fire damage and my home, and I rehired them to do a rebuild in May of 2023. All has been downhill from there. They have refused to cooperate with the City of New Britain and have tried to rebuild my home without any permits whatsoever and now I haven't been able to get in contact with them at all. I've tried phone calls and emails, and nothing seems to go through. I am trying to get my deposit money back for the rebuild because nothing has been done as far as the rebuild process goes and I am trying to hire new contractors to build my home. I have been out of my home for over a year now and this company has made my life a living nightmare.
