    **They didn’t let me have my appointment because I forgot to bring a Covid-19 mask--and I didn’t have two dollars to pay for one theirs!**
    First off, I only forgot my mask because I was in a rush to arrive at my appointment on time. It was urgent, as I had a concerning issue with my foot.
    I asked the receptionist if I could please speak with the doctor to see if they would be willing to make an exception to waive the $2 fee, and she refused to ask the doctor. I told the receptionist that I should’ve been informed of that policy beforehand. Then another older receptionist got smart with me and said that, when they called me to confirm the appointment, I was told that I’d need a mask, and I also “probably saw a million signs walking up here” stating that. Obviously, I wasn’t talking about the policy of wearing a mask; I was clearly referring to the fact that they charge $2 for masks. And then, that same receptionist rudely said, “You can either pay the two dollars or reschedule!” This business is absurd.
