  My experience with Palmer Property has been nothing but positive. Leshea specifically has responded to every one of my phone calls without delay, and helped solve every issue i had seamlessly. Highly recommend!!

  I am sad to read such negative reviews about this property management company. They do not show a true representation of this company. They have always been super responsive and helpful whenever I had an issue. It was night and day when my complex switched to them. It is so nice having a property management company that actually cares about people and actually answers the phone when you call!

  I have to share what a tremendous experience I had with this company .I just purchased a condo and was taken back by the kind ,generous staff that assisted me with the process .Communication and kindness goes a long way and one of the best experiences I ha e experienced to date . I can call and actaully get a person and their response and professionalism was beyond my expectations ! Kudos to this company for going ABOVE AND BEYOND !!!

  Hamden Palmer property is the most unprofessional property management company I have ever met. They camouflage the buildings with keeping the lawn cut. The buildings are falling apart. You call for a problem instead of getting talked to with intelligence/in a business like manner. Instead you get screamed at by Leesha the property manager. This is why they have bad reviews. Shame on you Mount Carmel Village for using a D minus company. While the owners are paying for this and have no say in it.

  I suggest anyone take a drive by and look at the beautiful grounds. Just a disgruntled person.

  We had an upper floor balcony collapse off the back of a building…an upper floor utility room become detached from another building above from where 3 small children reside, and a chimney fall apart, (big 3) all despite the fact that property management says they inspect buildings regularly. That damage doesn’t happen quickly.
  I bought my condo in 2022, right off the property manager L. Wilson was nasty beyond belief. First my property inspector, doing his job, asked me to ask a few questions. I wrote and got a long nasty email peppered with exclamation points telling me if I want answers I can hire someone to tell me. The inspector said that’s code for “I don’t know the answer but don’t want to admit it.”
  Then it was her sending me a nasty email accusing me of parking across the lines into a handicap spot, and instructing me how to park correctly. I noted my car is like 5 spaces removed and it wasn’t me. She said the person reporting it said a woman with luxury car” so she ran with that. Said she’s “just the messenger”…so came at me instead of verifying. It was another neighbor. I told her next time get EVIDENCE before shooting off email accusations.
  Next, accusing me of unauthorized renovations she said “…because I know you’ve done a lot of work in there!”….again instead of asking me what I did, she just accused me of not filing variances, permits and paperwork. Just assumed and accused. Threatened to bring me in for fines and hearings…based on her assumptions… no proof. I had to remind her that I don’t have to prove what I didn’t do…She has to prove what I did !!! She accuses with no verification and expects you to defend yourself. I reminded her I did remodeling and redecorating inside without going into walls…and as such did not need permission…I would never do anything that requires permission bcuz it’s clear that property management uses and abuses authority to ride and harass those who question them and push back against threats of retaliation.

  In my experience, Leshea has been the most attentive property manager that I have ever dealt with. She took the time to follow up on my work request and made me feel comfortable. I had a very sour experience working with a property management company in Branford, CT so this has certainly been a breath of fresh air.
