    So at this apartment complex they have major major issues. Firstly, they have huge rats the size of cats taking over the parking lot. The heat/hot water has been off for 4 days. Just come to learn that they didn't pay their natural gas bill so they shut it down. In doing so, the hot water heater got damaged and hasn't worked in 5 days. So no heat and not hot water for 5 days. The locks on the doors into the building are not secured. The tenants have key fobs to get into the building but they haven't worked in over a month now. So doors are either locked and you can't get it or they stay open all night in a not so good neighborhood. After coming home from work late the doors were locked and myself and a few others who were locked out had to sleep in their cars. The elevator in the building has been broken for over a month as well. We have elderly and special needs people in the building and they have to walk upto 5 different floors because of elevator not working. Also, one of the women who work in the office of this place was not very nice. I've never met her until the other day and I asked politely about the heat/h.w. on the second day of it happening and she gave me such an attitude and was so very disrespectful. I would like these things fixed and an apology would be nice from the rude lady but in front of the whole building. There are more things I just don't have enough room to write.
