      On January 28th 2023 I purchased a washing machine from 3 Guys Appliances at ** ***** **** ******* ******** ** ***** from the owner Ramone. Ramone told me that the washer was new and it was made in 2023 never used. I paid $648.74 for the washer.
      When I tried to use the washing machine I noticed that the cord was taped over with visible wires, water was running everywhere from the hose which was cracked, it was making a strange sound and I noticed that one of the spring drain was broken off and down inside the washer and the water does not drain out of the washer.
      I've concluded that the washer was not new/never used like Ramone stated and it was be used.
      I contacted Ramone on Monday January 30th 2023. I sent him a video and pictures of all the issues. He said he would send 2 guys out on Tuesday January 31st 2023 to look at the washer and if it is unfixable they would take it away.
      All attempts by me to reach Ramone since then has gone unanswered and he will not return any calls or voicemail.
      Both Sundays his assistant answers the phone and says he will have Ramone call me and he will not.
      His assistant says Ramone is not in office and only Ramone can resolve the issue.
      Because this machine comes with so many issues I prefer another machine with refund of any remaining balance or a full refund so I can purchase a washing machine elsewhere. Thanks

      I bought a refrigerator from these guys this is my second go around the first one they did replace after begging them for approximately 2 weeks and now they don't even want to fix this second one I feel like they're trying to let the clock run out I have plenty of details but I don't want to run out of characters a pretty much had me give them the money then had me sign the paper anyways please help me I will give all details upon speaking to someone I'm afraid I'm going to wake up and not have a refrigerator they keep communicating with me but they don't do anything about it they won't even pick up the phone they just keep sending me text messages thank you so much

      I bought a fridge over the phone with this company on 11/10/22. Something seemed off about the transaction. They kept giving me different information. First delivery would be $150 then they changed it to $100. They said the appliance was only warrantied for 30 days but then they said it was covered for a year through the manufacturer. They sent me a link and I paid. After paying I did some research on the company and decided that I was probably going to end up being scammed. I called them back within 20 mins to cancel and told them I wanted a refund and would come back the next day to look in person. The gentlemen told me that only his manager can process the refund. On 11/11/22 I called them back and told them I wasn't going to come in today and would like a refund. He told me he could not give me a refund (this is not what he told me on 11/10/22 and nowhere on the invoice does it state that there is a no refund policy). He claimed that they incurred cost moving a fridge from ******** ** to ******* ** but this was a lie. Frist off he told me the fridge I picked was in his showroom in *******. Second off I told him to cancel the order 20 mins after placing it and that I would come into the store. Now he is telling me there is no refund only store credit. I was treated very poorly on the phone and lied to. I do not want to do future business with this company. I have filed a chargeback with my credit card and an investigation is pending. All I want is my money back. They did not have to move any appliances and they did not attempt to deliver the appliance. Because I cancelled 20 mins after there should be no problem. He claimed only the manager could refund but today he is telling me there is a no refund policy.

      Before buying a mini fridge for $800 I asked why it was so expensive and the owner explained that it had a technology that made it cold as soon as it turned on. I bought it Thursday and the owner charged me an additional $60 to move my current fridge to a new spot. They scheduled for next day delivery between 4:00 to 6:00 but never showed up or called so when I called at 6pm they told me they'd be there by 7pm but at 7pm I called again to ask how much longer and they said they didn't know then the owner called back to say he had to reschedule because first he forgot to request the racks for the fridge and that they were stuck in traffic in Hartford still an hour later. They came out the next day on Saturday and the helper actually lazily asked why I don't leave my previous fridge in the kitchen and I had to remind them that I paid extra to move it elsewhere. They showed up with a fridge that was wobbly from missing a leg and rusted in places that were not visible up high where he had it at the store. I immediately called to let the owner know and he asked for pictures of what it looked like so I sent it. Two hours later it was blowing hot air still and had an internal temperature of 70° so I messaged him and called but then he said it would now take at least 5 hours though it's a mini fridge that he claimed instantly got cold. I texted and asked for a refund 22hrs later and he only wants to send a technician according to his 30 day guarantee. He claims he tests all his appliances but I counted 12 reviews where people where sold broken appliances that never worked and he said he had it turned on for two days straight but showed up feeling warm when the temperature that day was 45°. I believe all of the complaints posted because he has yet to keep his word once and without a doubt he sells broken appliances so I no longer want him to have the money he shouldn't have taken to begin with. My bank transaction says $914.61 for a mini fridge that was already dysfunctional.
