      I contacted this company to do repairs for my 203k *** escrow loan in my new property I also contracted them to do additional work aside from the required repairs from ***. I paid over 22,000 to This company and they have done nothing but damage my home further the owner had unlicensed employees working on my homes electrical and plumbing repairs when he was confronted because all of my lights were shorting out he promised to address the situation I had his employees refuse to complete work on my home due to lack of payment from the company I contracted them in august 2023 with the agreement that all work will be completed by no later then October 2023 per *** 60 day standards it’s now February 2024 and the work is not only incomplete but also not up to code. The company laid down a full bath tub with proper cement board underneath I can see into my basement I have no electricity in my bathroom I have a ceiling damage by water due to his employee place a toilet incorrectly I am now 25,000 more in damages and the owner is harassing me to contact *** for further payment with out completing work. I refuse to continue business with him the town has since told me he has been under investigation prior for not false permits. His employees never returned my house key I had to change the new locks due to fear of my safety his employee once told me they threatened to go to his home to get payments at all costs . I’ve had to pay additional actual license plumber and electrician to come correct work just for myself and young sons safety. I would like a refund on the work and no further contact for this company for Im feeling harassed.
