    Horrible horrible horrible! No surprise that they are not accredited by the BBB. My car was towed due to unpaid parking tickets ( my fault..I know). I went with my receipt from parking authority and was berated and yelled at by the woman at the front desk. She did everything within her power to not have to release my car... yelled at me ( I think she was trying to get me to become aggressive with her as she sat behind the divider so she could refuse ne service and keep my car) , demanded documents that she didn't need, yelled at me in front of other customers about why I needed to pay my tickets, took her time doing everything ( kept bringing up closing time while doing this). Not to mention all of the other workers i saw were tip-toeing around her and one even mouthed "im sorry" to me! This is a horrible business with poor business practices. Stay away if at all possible.
