    Safeside is the only company we trust with our chimney. Great for regular maintenance. Great for major and minor repairs.

    Very pleased with this company. The communication explaining the work that needed to be done was extremely thorough. They were respectful, responsive, and did beautiful work at the very reasonable cost they quoted. After a complete debacle with another company, Safeside went a long way in restoring my trust in the contracting process. I'm really glad I went with Safeside, and can't recommend them more highly.

    I've used Safeside for years. I wouldn't have done that if I weren't very happy with them. They do a good job, are friendly, quick & leave no mess at all.

    Safeside has been cleaning our wood burning stove and chimney for a few years now. They are professional, arrive when expected, leave the area clean, and are overall great communicators. I appreciate that they reach out each spring with a reminder to schedule an appointment!

    Chimney Rebuild from Rooftop, install Crown and Flues. My first encounter with Safeside was December 12, 2024 for a home visit estimate. Derick L*** Lead Crew member did a thorough job in videoing inside of the chimney and walking me through his findings. I was satisfied as this was my second estimate, the first I was not happy with. I paid the deposit and was booked by the office for early 2025 due to previous commitments. February 2025, the crew started the rebuild. Demolition first and materials were delivered. The three-man crew on site were respectful of the property, when finished for the day made sure the site was cleaned up. It took three weeks for completion due to inclement weather conditions. Overall, the crew did an exemplary job and I am extremely pleased with the final results. The chimney looks "rich" with the new metal crown. Neighbors have complimented!!

    When Safeside Chimney says they stand behind their work and want total customer satisfaction, it is not just a talking point, it is their DNA. Back in 2009 I wanted the galvanized steel rusting cap on my dual chimney chase replaced with a stainless steel one. I called Safeside Chimney and they came and measured, gave me a price, I gave them a down payment and they returned and replaced the chase cap. All was well but whenever moderate rains would come I would experience water dripping on the car and floor of my garage as well as hear drips of water on my prefabricated metal fireplace in the family room above the garage. Sort of like water torture to be honest. I called Safeside and they would send someone and they would reseal the chimney collars and all would be fine for a while. This went on for several years. I worked in construction. Mistakes happen but all I wanted as a customer is a chimney chase cap that is watertight. Well last year the dam broke with that terrible storm we had in August 2024. 11 inches of rain in 7 or 8 hours. Thankfully I installed a floor drain in the center of my garage when building the house because without that the water would have been running out under the 2 garage doors. I was upset and again called Safeside and asked to speak to a manager, supervisor, owner, anyone I could rant to. Sam got on the phone and not only understood my frustrations but she was aware of my history and the issues I was having. Sam said Safeside would make things right. She said errors had been made and she had photos of what the chase and chimney collars looked like. Sam sent one person and I apologize for not remembering his name but he was one of her best people. He acknowledged there were issues, disassembled and removed the entire chase cap and reinstalled it along with new chimney collars. Took him over half the day but since then not a drip not a drop. When Safeside says they stand behind their work, believe them. I sure do even after 15 years!

    Fine company. Never an issue after several years of utilizing their services. They arrive on time, get the job done, and leave a clean work area. The workers are polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. You can trust them with this very important and dangerous parts of your home.

    We had a tricky old chimney and wood stove install situation that another company had misjudged and was stalling on completing. I’m glad I called Safeside because they are very knowledgeable, professional and were able to complete the work fast and with high quality. I told them about the trouble I had had with the other company and the owner came out himself to make sure the job was feasible and that he could get it done in time for me to get my wood stove tax credit. They did a great job and I will be calling Safeside for all of my chimney services. Highly recommend!
