On 07/01/2024 I paid for a ***** trading signal service where the agreement was that for 6 months, there would be at least one live trade sent out to the community of people paying for said signals. That did not happen. On 10/22/2024 a statement was issued to all purchasers that a refund would be promised, due to the service we paid for not being provided. The owner himself even issued a statement explaining why the refunds would be issued. January of this year I had got tired of waiting, so I filed a dispute with my bank. They weren’t able to refund me because I was outside of the 120 day period to dispute the charge. They tried reaching out to the merchant, and no response, so they reversed the money they credited back to my account. And here I am, stuck with the $375 charge without receiving what was paid for.

Date of the transaction - April 4, 2024 Amount paid to the business - $900 for an ANNUAL membership What the business committed to provide to me - An annual membership - The vision behind ***, was to give one FULL year of Swaggy C (Chris W*******) to helping people and trading LIVE, so that once 2024 ended The nature of the dispute - In August of 2024, Chris decided to shut down *** for personal reasons and promised everyone would receive refunds as follows: ***************************** There is going to be an action plan following all of this. Here it is below: As of right now, for the remainder of this year, we’ll keep the community so you all can still talk to each other and keep the relationships built. I also still will be sharing my trade ideas, my set-ups, and the entries & **** that I’m taking. But since it’s free now, it removes complete expectation. So the time that I do give here, to you guys, you’re appreciative. The time that I’m not active for a week, there’s nobody panicking because it’s free. It’s just…free. I personally think it may be better if I posted it on Telegram where people can just get free game and value from me; but that’s another convo for another day. Right now, we’re keeping the community as I genuinely love you guys. For those who paid annually, you’ll get a partial refund since we closed before the year is up and we didn’t make the end date. I appreciate your loyalty for paying a year up front and I want to rectify that. ********************** Since that time, no one from *** seems to have received their refunds, I monitor the post on that Chris made when he decided to close things down and offered refunds and everyone is upset about not receiving a refund. Has the business tried to resolve the problem? NO - I have made various comments on the post with no response and also tried emailing with zero response. I have more documents I could attach but size requirements inhibited. I am requesting the full annual amount due to absences.
