    I attended an introduction class in August at Pole Control Studios and decided to purchase a class pass as there was an offer for 15 class pass for half off ($200). I used the class pass weekly, with it occasionally getting cancelled due to weather or instructor injury. In October, after a few weeks of the classes getting cancelled due to instructor injury, classes were cancelled and we were notified via email by John, the owner, that he was restructuring the business after his business partner left and that classes would resume in November. Since then, he has not responded to emails or calls to clarify what is going on, the class pass I had through their scheduling app has been removed, and no classes have been scheduled. Several negative reviews have been left online by other consumers and he has responded on the page calling them liars and "a joke." I believe I had 8 out of the 15 classes left on my pass, but I cannot be sure as it is no longer listed.

    Horrible service. The company did a same day one hour before schedule session cancellation on for a bridal shower activity that I was a part of. This was early September and still no refund or communication back from the company. They sent out an email of cancellation the same day! We have called and emailed the company numerous time with no resolution. I just wanted to give a heads up to potential customers of what to be aware of.

    I began classes July 29th, with emails and receipts from Pole Control stating, “NO REFUNDS,” and their contact information. This being *************, Business************************ **************************. I paid in total $212.69 on July 30th. The total was split into 4 payment dates, those being 7/30, 8/13, 8/27, 9/10. I had to schedule classes online a week prior to attending the class, but about a month into attending classes the website no longer worked and I could no longer schedule my classes reliably. I called the number given, emailed, and received no answers back, yet money was still being taken out of my bank account. To this day I’ve had no answers but the companies account on Instagram posted to their story about classes. This isn’t an isolated incident, this happened to my other classmates as well. Today, I went in person to discuss these issues, and found the rooms that the classes were held in to be completely empty with no sign of life. A stranger passing by told me they closed business and that I should have been emailed yet I received none.

    I traveled 5 hours on September 4 for a bachelorette party and was told an hour before the party started that it was cancelled and money would be refunded 5-7 business days , it is now October 8 2022 and have not received a call back , text Back or email stating information about my refund
