    When purchasing items from Xfinity theater, the cashier did not show me her tablet after confirming my order. With doing so, she clicked the “20% tip” option and signed the tablet herself without warning or showing me. On a $30 charge I was charged $37.04. I purchased two $8 pretzels and one $14 wine. I am looking to obtain a $7.04 refund as I did not commit to the 20% tip. Time of transaction was approximately 8:05 PM.

    ******* Xfinity Theater sells Lawn Passes for their venue in ******** and ******. I have purchased the ticket because I do go to a lot of concerts. I have paid 239 for the ticket and they have only booked 5 concerts at the venue in ******** and 19 in ******. I would like to have a refund because they sell these tickets promises a huge line up and then fail to deliver. When you try to talk to someone about the concerns they dont care

    I attended the ****** ****** concert on 08/12/2022 in ********* **. **** ****** & the venue stated there would be free parking. There was absolutely no free parking, or anyone directing you to "free parking". We drove around a city we don't know for 20 minutes looking to park and eventually had to pay $50 for the EZ Out parking because that's all that was available. It's absurd that we were lied to about free parking, or they just did not have the adequate space for free parking or competent staff directing you to free parking. To add, **** ****** oversold WAY too many tickets for this show. The venue was packed elbow to elbow, forcing people to sit/stand on the designated walking spaces all the way up to the entrance/exit on top of the hill. It was an awful experience, with many people profusely intoxicated or performing sexual acts out in public. It was hands down the worst and most unorganized concert I've ever been to. I reached out to **** ******/************ with all my concerns, but they are telling us to bring these issues up directly with the venue to get compensation for parking and partially for tickets due to the terrible experience. Because our tickets were bought through a third party seller through resale, **** ****** also said to be compensated for our tickets, we have to go through the seller itself, which they will not compensate tickets because they are not affiliated with the venue. So, basically everyone has been pointing fingers at the venue to get all compensation. There was no security present to bring up these issues to. I have 2 concerts lined up in October that I bought tickets for and I will sell them if the company doesn't do the right thing. I'm tired of large corporations taking advantage. This is nothing short of **** ******'s fault and the venues fault, so compensation should come from them. We traveled round trip 8 hours for this concert, spent hundreds of dollars, and are just asking for your company to make things right.
