    I had a video visit with Dr. S**** at the internal medicine office in Prospect. I was not allowed in the office even with 3 negative covid tests and forced to do a video visit. Mt biggest complaint was a sore throat and ear pain. During my 5 minute video visit with the doctor I had to feel my own lymph nodes and choose my own antibiotics. I still ended up in the urgent care because nothing was resolved during my visit. I was charged $200 for a VIDEO visit with the doctor because she billed for 35 to 39 minutes. I called the office manager multiple times to address this in February and never heard back. A month later I called billing. Billing advised I needed to contact the office and have them change the code. I called the office and again no response. The office manager did not call me back until I asked the person who answered the phones for the regional managers phone number. The office manager contacted me and stated in a mychart message " even though we were not on the call for 35 to 39 minutes the doctor is allowed to bill this due to complexity." I am not sure what the complexity is considering it was a telemedicine and I felt my own lymph nodes and chose my own antibiotic.
