    On July 10 my flight was canceled and I was in ******** on the way to the airport. I looked for a hotel and one was across the street from the train station. The room was dirty so I cleaned the floor and put towels on the rug do I could walk on it. I did not think they had anything better do I roped everything down and went to sleep because I was so tried. The next day I pulled back the sheet to find there was no cover on the mattress and there was blood, pee, burns and it looked like something from the dumpster. I checked out that day and decided to sleep at the airport. They refused to give me a refund and they will not even refund me for the day I did not use.

    I booked The Capitol Hotel, ****** ***** ********** aka The Capital Hotel in ******** *********** for July 17-19 2023. I paid with credit card ending 3922 $318.15 on July 17, 2023. I was told when I arrive the elevator was broken and I would have to take stairs as a courtesy call. Did not specify that hotel only uses the 5th on up floors to use for booking rooms. I was told when I arrived I would be on the 5th floor I ask when elevator would be fixed they stated the next day. Well the next day came and elevator still out of service. I have spinal stenosis in neck and lower back problems therefore it was very painful to walk up 5 flight of stairs. Therefore I asked for a refund for the days I didn’t stay there. They stated I needed to talk to manager so I checked out because another 2 days before elevator would be fixed. I call general manager Teyo (very rude) and ask for refund for days I didn’t stay. Gave me the runaround had to call ************. Told me and ************ I would get refund no refund as of July 24,2023.
