    Mattress is only 4 years old looks and feels like 40 year old mattress. I have a back injury impression in mattress is making it hurt more. This mattress is cheap I paid $1100.00 for it and it’s not worth $100.00. ITS A CHEAPLY MADE MATTRESS!!! I feel that Gold Bond should refund me some of the money I paid for it.

    We are the manufacturer.  This person bought her mattress from a retailer. I told her to talk to the retailer . They need to verify what she is saying. If it is a true warranty issue the stores policy is followed. She will either get a store credit or refund. We then take it back from the store and credit them what they paid us. I explained this the the women.

    ***** ******* I don’t know who this person is that said he spoke to me and explain to me about the retailer that I purchased it from I have spoke to the retailer the retailer told me that there is nothing that can be done he’s already spoke to Gold Bond so I don’t know what’s going on here I don’t know if Gulbin is lying or of the retailers lying this needs to be straightened out this is ridiculous

    I spoke with Wayne Bennington brass in Bloomingdale New Jersey I spoke to the owner Joe as of last night which was Tuesday, September 20 he told me that there is nothing could be done that it’s a normal wear and tear on the mattress. He also said that there was a big stain on the mattress there’s nothing on my mattress my mattress is spotless I don’t know it was something on a camera that he took the pictures with or what but if you’d like to see pictures of my mattress I’d be more than happy to send them to you. Thank you very much
