      Paul I********* of RisCassi and Davis represented my husband and I for an event that occurred in a hospital that resulted in significant injury. Paul and the staff supporting him are wonderful. He has truly listened to us, did extensive research on the event, and showed that he values us as seniors and believes we were, in fact, damaged. He was compassionate, efficient, communicative, and most of all, human. He worked intelligently to take us up to court day and then to work for a good settlement for us. Paul has helped us to be made more whole by holding the facility accountable. We have immense trust, respect, and gratitude for Paul.

      Working for the first time with a law firm when it came to a serious car accident my daughter was in was not something I was hoping to ever need to have to do.       Amazing firm!! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Patrick Kennedy, and there are not enough characters in the review to get my point across. When I say 10/10, I mean it with every ounce of me. I was injured for life in a car accident, and I would not have been able to do it without the help from Patrick and his paralegals. All of them are amazing, kind hearted people, all of whom put in the work to get things done. I am beyond grateful for their kindness and understanding through the process.
