    In May of 2025 I paid this business $606 for 6 sessions of laser lipo treatments in which this provider proved to have been very unprofessional and was unable to provide the services effectively due to having personal problems. My appointments kept getting rescheduled or canceled in which I was only able to get 2 out of 6 sessions completed before I requested a refund due to the unprofessionalism and lack of communication. At one of my appointments the provider was over an hour late after changing my appointment the same day. Upon the 4th reschedule I requested a refund of only half my money back of $303 however I’m owed about $425 back however the provider did not reply back to me for 2 days in which I left a review about my experience in which she contacted me then berating me for leaving my honest review and informed me I will have to wait for my bank dispute to get a refund and taunted me that I will still be fat while having to wait for my bank to refund me not her doing what’s ethical and right. I wanted to bring this to your attention as there’s other negative reviews from other customers and I wanted to prevent anyone from having to go to this establishment as well as she needs to be warned or disciplined by the proper channels as she pretty much scammed and stole my money without providing me the services I paid for. Shameful and unacceptable behavior.
