Had taxes prepared by this tax preparation business, I received assessments from ************* **** ** ******* for 2019 and 2021 tax returns, both were errors committed by preparer and costly to me in total of just under $900, I reached out to the preparer but no response. I then reached out to the owner and was given the run around with also no accountability for their mistake. At this point this is my only option of accountability.. Thank you **** * ******

**** was audited on his **** *** ****** because he did not bring in all of his income for the tax year. Mr. ****** had missing income from the original tax return. He also did not bring in any tax documents or letter he received from *****
I was here all year myself and I did not get a call from **** stating he was trying to contact Shawn.
We prepare the tax return based on the information the clients provide at time service is rendered. If the client did not provide all documents the client is responsible for any additional taxes plus interest owes to the *** ** **** *** **********. It is the client's responsibility to provide Tax Plus LLC with all tax documents.
