    Bought a **** ***** ***** tour and discovered by having a blowout that the tires that were on the car were dry rotted and all different brands in addition to the tires being discontinued. Brought the car to a reputable tire dealer who expressed this info to me. Called Arnold who denied this and charged me for a new set of tires. Next was having transmission issue which he attempted to attribute to not changing oil on time . Charged me $400 and change for an issue that should have been covered under warranty. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone if you want to be treated fairly. The business practice is very shady and when you attempt to address the issues there are nothing but excuses and more money out of customers pocket. Not sure how they received an A+ rating with F- service and customer care.
