    We signed a $3,000 contract with Jim in April of 2023 to install a full house water treatment system. After many attempts at trying to schedule an appointment, we were told by Jim that he would just drain the filter through our septic system, even though that is against CT health code. He then gave us an option to spend ANOTHER $3,000 to put a dry well for drainage. He looked thoroughly at our systems and never mentioned the need for any such thing at our original appointment. Since that time, it has been an absolute nightmare. We have pleaded for him to return the deposit on our filtration system because no work has been done and we have not received any services and yet our money has been held hostage. He has claimed he already cut a check for us, yet never gave us said check. He has since made multiple excuses (sick family members, partners that are out of the country that have the check in their vault, the list goes on). It had been months of back and forth until we finally decided to file through small claims court. Please beware of this business! We have still not received our $3,000 and are losing hope that we will.

    Do not under any circumstances hire this company. Jim takes your money, does not do the job, offers a refund but you do not get your money back. A real scam operation.

    I ordered a set of Reverse Osmosis replacement parts back in May 2023. I was told that the parts would be delivered within 2 weeks. We are now in Mid August. I have called/texted the owner Jim many times. He has given me deadline after deadline and never delivered the product. He has given multiple excuses, backordered parts, delivery problems, car accidents, product stolen. I have verified with the parent company that the items were not backordered. I have asked for a refund, and I was told 7-10 days. On day 10 I asked for verification of the funds being returned and he said he would put the check in the mail the following Monday.
    I am still chasing my refund, I would never do business with this person or this company again. Please beware if you try to work with him!

    I was agreed to a $200 refund check due to the lack of knowledge given to me in regards to my RainSoft water treatment system by the owner Jim. The refund was for half of the cost of a chemical used to make my water less hard. The original solution was supposed to last 2-3 years according to the owner Jim. I had to refill the system 6 months in or would’ve “ruined the system”. I have now been chasing this $200 refund check for over 4 months now. I’ve been having no one pick up on purpose but by accident and continuously saying “I’ll be back in office Monday and will look into the check.” This is a company with employees right? I’m assuming they have a mailbox. Not too hard to put a check in the mailbox and put the flag up. On top of this current frustration there has been nothing but constant issues with time management by the company, multiple reschedules, shorty work they had to fix, and terrible contract arguments to what was agreed on initially. The back and forth and lack of communication would’ve deterred me from buying this product had I known. The product I have found out is also incredibly overpriced. The continuous dodging of my calls and texts by the owner also proves worrisome. What if I had a problem with the system or even an emergency and needed answers? They wouldn’t pick up I’m sure of it. Please anyone considering buying a product from this company should seriously consider these true and real life situations I’ve had to deal with.
