      My 93-year-old mother relies on her stair lift to stay safely in her home. When her old lift suddenly stopped working—after hitting the wheel of her walker at the bottom of the stairs—we were at a complete loss. The motor wouldn’t engage, and no matter what we tried, we couldn’t get it running again.
      We contacted Bullock Access expecting the worst. The staff informed us that the model was so old, they no longer carried parts for it. They were transparent and gave us straightforward pricing for a brand-new lift and installation, as well as a rental option—no pressure, just all the facts.
      Then came Cliff. He and another team member came out to measure for the new lift. But instead of launching into a sales pitch, Cliff took a look at the chair, tugged on some cables, and miraculously—it started working again! Just like that.
      We were shocked. This man could’ve made an easy sale. We were already resigned to buying a new one. But instead, he fixed it on the spot and walked away with nothing but our heartfelt thanks. That kind of honesty and decency is nearly extinct in today’s world.
      If you're looking for a stair lift company you can trust with your loved one's safety and your peace of mind, look no further than Bullock Access. Cliff, you’re awesome.
