    I ordered a cord of wood on 11/29/23 from Ryan’s Tree, ****** ** I’m 79 and my husband is 86 Much to our dismay, the middle of the pile of wood was filled with oversized, filthy wood. I had to get rid of 1/8 of delivery which was unusable. It took 6 huge wheelbarrows to clean up the debris from wood delivery and find a place to put I asked Ryan’s Tree for $75 refund. He does not have courtesy to return a phone call. It’s my first experience of being treated so rudely

    I don’t have more information but I’m sure Ryan H***** will deny my complaint.
    i have no reason to make up a story about his firewood delivery filled with, dirt, leaves and unusable  wood.I Have 2  witnesses who saw his wood delivery and agree with me.

    I had an estimator come to my property to give me a quote to remove multiple large branches from a large oak tree that were hanging over my house. I explained what I wanted to be done and he came out not once, but twice to look at the tree, and the branches that needed to be removed. He quoted $450 (cash) to remove about 10-12 branches that were problematic and hanging over my roof. The day of, the crew was at my house for less than an hour (witnessed through my **** camera on my door) and when I came home from work, they had only completed half the job. I counted about 6 cuts in the tree when I was told they would be taking double that. They left a number of very large limbs still hanging over my house. I reached out to the estimator for the company the very next day and relayed my concerns and complaint. He informed me he would tell Ryan, the owner of the business, to see what could be done. I never heard back so I personally reached out to Ryan myself. I left him 2 voicemails before I finally reached him directly. When we connected I explained my issue in detail. He initially seemed understanding of my concerns and said he would contact the tree cutters that came out to my property that day for clarification and contact me back with a resolution. Weeks passed and I heard nothing. I’ve left 2 voicemails for Ryan and have placed several more phone calls over the course of a few weeks without a response. Now that the company has my money, I’m being ignored and feel quite deceived by them. At this point, I don’t want this business to come back and finish the job so I’m seeking a refund or partial refund.

    Good afternoon, This is in regard to a complaint I submitted on 3/31/23 against Ryan's Tree Service L.L.C. The ID number is ********. The complaint was closed as a "no response" but I wanted to follow back up with the BBB to report that this company actually did finally reach back out to me recently and refunded back half of my money.
