    I made an appt for 7/10 at 520pm for my cat. There was very bad storms over my area and much of *** *******. It was dangerous to drive. I asked to reschedule. They said ok and gave me a new appt on 7/13 at 5pm. The person called back and said that i had to come or i would forfeit my security deposit of $50.
    I was not going to risk my safety and drive in bad conditions. The weather was a valid reason to need to reschedule. I am disgusted this is the businesses practices. Asking me to risk my safety and traumatize my pet to make it to an appt during a storm.
    I was a new client and this is not acceptable customer service on any level.
