    In may or June , I reached for the company to put my front awning in back and another awning near my house on the ground in the front. I was told by two handy man , i was missing a bracket to have that one installed.i was given a price in July 1760.when i got back from vacation, i called them and was told owner on vacation, for me to measure the length so a bracket could be made. I heard nothing until end of sept when they wanted to put it up. I had an appointment so i said no. Next thing i know OCT4, 2 men are at my house to install. They were surprised no one called so I called Manchester awning to tell her I was not having an awning put up in back. So one went down and left by barrels and one went up in that area. There were no special bracket and I showed him what I had which were the same as he had. My ring states one hour they were here, I got email for $690.00. I called complaint ing into voice mail.i emailed her also on why I was overcharged. No reply. I’m willing to pay reasonable . This was down for one and up for the other. I had these awning . They supplied nothing but labor . No special brackets - nothing .
