    From Donovan I was pleased with services that’s I get from Extreme Audio in Manchester Ct I am happy and love the way the listen to me and take of the the issues and the problems I would go to then anytime and because this was my first stop and I am happy with owner Rob and all his employees that works for him the new their stuff! I call ed them up with some speakers I buy from *********** and try to have them put them in my car but when I call them and asked the question they didn’t say no to me the have me come in and see them. The way thing goes these days everything is appointments now but the help me out big time and the understanding customer loyalty and also no the if with out the customer theirs is no business so this business gets a review from me 100% they listen and make it happen thanks All at Extreme Audio one love!

    The installers do great work. The problem is it's run by someone who lacks integrity and won't admit he is wrong if something goes awry with the work being done to your vehicle even if you confirm from outside sources or businesses. He will gaslight you and make you think it is somehow your fault which btw is a symptom of ************ *********** ********* he also has his salesmen wrapped around his finger to do his bidding. though he is a man of character. I was charged 5 hours labor for diagnosis (500$) for something that was overlooked that should of been squared away the day before (1700$) because the owner didn't want to own up that he couldn't figure out why the speakers were humming and didn't sound right. Turns out it's because of the active noise canceling in newer vehicles. I'd recommend you look elsewhere if you have a newer vehicle.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry that this outcome did not turn out acceptably.
    *** * visited our showroom for a consultation to upgrade his 2023 SUV's base audio system (non-amplified) with the goal of increasing the fidelity and output to be superior to than the factory **** upgrade. We discussed various options for the different price points.
    Some weeks later, *** * contacted us hoping to schedule the installation and that he would provide a speaker system and the amplifier. The install was scheduled and completed.
    The following day, *** * stopped by to express his thoughts on the install. The items that were satisfactory and unsatisfactory.
    One of the unsatisfactory items was a white noise produced from the amplifier. Upon further inspection, we became aware that this was a B-Stock Refurbished item. To further diagnose and correct this problem, we used our in-stock A-Stock new inventory items. Our manufacturer representative gave authorization to replace the B-stock item with the A-Stock at no cost for the equipment. It was required to charge the labor cost for this exchange and the diagnostic process.
    We always hope that our customers purchase their equipment from us so that we can offer and service the manufacturer warranty in house.

    This response is accurate, except for the fact that temporarily replacing the amplifier with a brand new one did not fix the white noise problem, as it was something else that was overlooked in the initial installation the day prior. I was charged 500$ on top of before tax to try to figure out what happend which still was never resolved and now I have to take my vehicle somewhere else as they couldn't figure out the issue.
