Back in march I had ordered 100 gallons of home oil to be delivered. On march 10 2025 at around 3:00pm they delivered my oil, but on the receipt they wrote the computer didn’t stop at 100 gallons it dispensed 175.2 gallons instead which I did not order I only ordered 100. Now 14 days later on march 24 2025 at 4:00pm there was a charge of $300.72 from ez oil on my credit card. I immediately called them and they proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay the balance on my account for the 75.2 gallons of oil I did not order per their mistake. I told them I was not paying for the extra oil they put in my tank that I didn’t order it was their mistake not mine now they want me to pay for it or take back the oil. They made an appointment tomorrow to come to my home and take back the oil. I never heard of such a thing before taking old oil from someone’s tank and put it back in fresh oil. I don’t want them to come over my home and pull the oil out of my tank this was their mistake their loss. Can I tell them not to come on my property? I feel that their taking advantage of me and what they are doing is wrong. I’ve never heard of such a thing.

Had an oil tank replaced on 04/15/2024 and realized my oil tank tray was missing. Hopefully I will not need it, but it wasn’t free, and I was never asked.
