  We had Charter Oak Mechanical install a Mitsubishi mini split A/C heat pump last summer and was very impressed with their work. So when are 30 year old nature gas boiler needed to be replaced this January we chose Charter Oak Mechanical. The did the replacement during two very cold days without having the heat off overnight. They take pride in their work and are very good at what they do. We are very happy with the new boiler and how they set up the heating system.

  Charter Oak Mechanical is fantastic! They have been servicing our central air and furnace for years. Recently we did need a new furnace to be installed and everything was exactly as you’d want it to be. Clear and consistent communications, fast and friendly service, timely completion of the job and pricing was right in line with others we had been quoted. We will continue to partner with Charter Oak Mechanical for all our servicing needs.

  I have been a satisfied customer of Charter Oak mechanical in Manchester Connecticut for nearly 8 years.
  My first call to Charter Oak mechanical was in 2016 when my water heater was leaking onto the basement floor and my former service company insisted they sent me out a technician to assess the problem for a fee of $99. I turned to Charter Oak Mechanical upon a recommendation from a neighbor. I was going on vacation in two days and I needed the water heater replaced. Charter Oak showed up the next morning at 7:30 with the new water heater. The technician went over and above to ensure the previously installed work was corrected and safe.
  Another example it’s when I had an appointment for new air-conditioning furnace system to be installed. My son had broken his neck and a water accident and I was caring for him. Try to Oak Mechanical allowed their workers to be given access to my home by a neighbor, and then completed the installation of the entire system. They gave me time to care for the needs of my son and return home in due course without worry.
  The maintenance I have received has kept my system in excellent working condition. With a fairly priced service contract for yearly visits, the technician will spot any worn parts and replace them as needed
  You can be sure to receive quality work backed up by excellent customer service for a fair price.

  After seeing their exceptional work at another facility, I contacted Charter Oak Mechanical to replace my AC compressor with a heat pump. Although my furnace was ok, it was old and I decided to replace it also. Their price was reasonable. Although, the owner, Steve, said the job might go to two days, Robbie and his crew arrived on time, and got right to work with the replacement. They completed all of the work on testing, and set up the new equipment on my Nest thermostat. They cleaned up completely, and walked me through all of the new equipment. All said, they did the best job I could ask for. In the office, Julie ably worked out the schedule, invoices, and rebates available for the equipment I was purchasing. I will be pleased to continue using Charter Oak for any ongoing maintenance, if any is required.
