    Shane (Sales) & Jimmy (Technician) are extremely professional and trustworthy. They tell it to you straight, provide immediate feedback and seem to always be available. Instead of just coming in to sell me a new boiler, they have been assisting me with keeping my existing one going. I have piece of mind knowing I have a team of help at Nutmeg mechanical Services and would recommend them to anyone.

    This is long overdue! We had Nutmeg Mechanical give a quote for the installation of some Mitsubishi Mini Splits. We had a couple of other quotes, and decided to go with Nutmeg Mechanical. It was a great choice!! Leo and his crew came out, and they did a great job!! The work was done in August, 2023. Leo and his crew were professional, and they had pride in their work!! I have, and will continue to recommend Nutmeg Mechanical in Manchester, Ct for work. Thank you!! **** **

    Nutmeg Mechanicals was top notch from beginning to end! We had looked at other companies to compare with Nutmeg, but there was no comparison. Nutmeg installed our three units with a courteous, polite, very professional, knowledgeable and hard-working team who had everything running smoothly within 2 days. The product - a Mitsubishi Mini-Split heating/cooling system is the high quality product they deal with, as well. Nothing is second rate with Nutmeg Mechanical. They also worked on our gas heating system and ironed out a couple of issues with it while they were here. Initially, Leo came to our home really knowing the product. He answered all questions. He was polite and friendly and he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the units. He guided us through the entire wi-fi set up after the units were installed, as well. The entire process went smoothly and we now can enjoy the efficiency and awesome comfort the units offer for many years to come while using Nutmeg Mechanicals to service it all. We give Nutmeg Mechanicals and their team our highest recommendation.

    Nutmeg installed our mini splits and we were very pleased with their service end to end. From the initial visit by Leo to determine what we will need and how much it will cost to the actual installation by Rob and his crew. Top notch service. Highly recommend them.

    I contracted with Nutmeg Mechanical to install 4 mini splits. Communication re: scheduling was excellent as well as orientation as to how the system works after installation was complete. Adam, Rob, Josh and Peter were on time, worked hard while here, were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up at the end of the two days. The system works great and I would not hesitate to use Nutmeg Mechanical again in the future and for an annual inspection to make sure everything is as it should be. Finally a company that does what they say they will and does not add extra costs! You can't go wrong with Nutmeg Mechanical!!!

    Today I had the pleasure of having Nutmeg Mechanical service techs repair my HVAC problem.
    They arrived EARLY, diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and within 1 hour they replaced a heavily leaking condensate line and were completly cleaned up and gone!
    I highly recommend this company and thank them for their service.
