    I am a new homeowner in *** A respectful man of God and single dad to a 11-year-old son. My basement is unfished and was looking for a company that does insulation. Koala insulation was the company that came and work on this project. I was rip-off and was taken full advantage of from the sales client and company. Who I thought I trusted. They only used 2 bags of insulation charge me $2,586.86 done less the 3 hours. This has put me on a depression state of mind. My home is still cold. My son was complaining the entire time. He is borderline asthmatic so it doesn’t help him at all nor myself either. They’re also adverting false information on their website. From what the two workers told me it’s a start-up company and only had done 20+ insulation thus far. I just want my money back and this company out of business for deceiving its customer. I have picture of one of the work smoking in basement and intentionally ripping off the back paper of the insulation. Please help me I need your assistance of this matter as soon as possible. I have the entire work on video. Thank you.

    Full Refund given back to homeowner and  General Release signed by both parties.

     

    I did not see any items on the BBB.org site and did not see any emails from BBB prior to today, or I would have responded immediately.
