On 09/07/2022, I took my vehicle for an oil change at Economy Oil, located at **** **** *** ************ ** ***** for the very first time.
I have a 2017, *** ******* and I have had my vehicle for about three-four years. I have never had any mechanical issues with my *** before.
I drove my vehicle for five (5) weeks and on 10/11/2022 in the evening, my engine blew.
I was on my way to pick-up my fiancé from work and broke down off the exit near his job.

Against their company policy, Chris T*****, and he did not make a report until 10/19/2022.
I was directed by Chris T*****, to take our vehicle to an independent shop to have the vehicle looked at, “before he would put a claim in”. We took our vehicle to ****** **** ******* ***, located in **** ********* *** We had them review the damaged and they determined that the damaged was caused by “lack of sufficient oil in the engine”. Chris was extremely rude and discounted our claim before having the vehicle examined. After reading Economy’s company po
