    I ordered boneless mild chicken which comes with a few slices of carrots on two occasions and received as such. I was happy because I had my gallbladder out earlier in year and can’t have spicy food. The next time I ordered boneless mild wings they were spicy. I was nervous because spicy food doesn’t agree with me. The anxiety I felt lasted through the evening. I called to report this and I was informed that they only have one flavor. I thought this can’t be possible because I knew what I was eating. I told them this but they insisted that they only have one flavor. A few weeks later, I placed another order for mild wings; again, being told that they only had one flavor. This time they put the flavor on the side. When I went to eat the chicken, the carrots were missing and there wasn’t enough sauce to cover the 10 pieces of chicken. When I went to eat the chicken, the flavor was burning hot. This was not the flavor I tasted the last few times. I phoned the next day to express my issue. I was informed again that they only have one flavor; and if I wasn’t satisfied, that I should go someplace else. I was flabbergasted. This was the worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered.
