    I had asked Services Relief to do a maintenance on my furnace. The technician said he did not carry the correct filter. He will check back and let me know. So when I called next day to provide me with a filter. Someone called Aisha said she will schedule a visit tomorrow. The next thing a person calls and says that filter is no part of the maintenance. When I asked to speak tp the manager he wouldn't let me claiming he is th general manager. I need them to give me a filer because I have paid $165.91 for the maintenance. ***** ******

    I called Service relief for a no heat call. I have young babies and a disabled elderly woman in my house and im on state assistance. I called and spoke with the secretary. She stated they have a special which is , no service charge for a repair estimate. The repair man arrives. He spends about an hour talking to his manager on his phone. He gets off the phone and states, he is there to replace the whole furnace. I stated that's wrong. It's for a no heat call. The repair man says, if the furnace is not being replaced then they will charge me for the service call. I called and spoke with Nicole. She became nasty and rude with me regarding the whole situation. The service man did nothing to my furnace and they expect me to pay them for that.

    when homeowners called they stated they were getting a new furnace because town of **** ******** was paying for it. So we decided to dispatch a technician free of charge even tho he never told us who was paying. When he arrived homeowner stated he was on welfare and if he can do side work. All kids in the home are over 18 years old. He then proceeded to tell my tech all about his life. Then homeowner wanted us to diagnose his furnace free of charge and fix it free of charge we decided that we needed more answers thats when homeowner Franco decided to call my office and threaten and use foul language with my office. I called franco 3 times and left voice mails and text messages he never got back to me he and his wife are trying to take advantage of a company which isnt right. We to this day haven’t charged him this is un called for
