    We received a sales pitch one day from Everlast representatives that came to our door. We listened to their pitch and offerings and decided to move forward with them under the offered conditions they presented. After signing up to receive solar (which we were informed we could back out of at anytime before installation) they kind of disappeared and left us hanging and we didn’t feel as though we could trust them with our business and with spending that much money with them. To try to get us to come back and to make up for their shortfall, they offered to pay for 6 months worth of our solar payments, equaling $939.48 in addition to covering the cost of removing one of our trees in our backyard. They informed us that the 6 months of solar payment would occur once they collected the money for the project which would take 30 days, and that they would get the tree removal scheduled asap. The solar was installed on July 15 which meant we should have received the payment they promised around August 15 or anytime after that. It is now September 27th, they are not providing us with answers and they are avoiding our calls and messages to follow up on these inquiries. We feel as though they made false promises to get us to spend $35k + on solar and then left us in the wind again. It’s not right and we would like what was promised to us and what we agreed upon.

    To address your concerns:

    Tree Removal: The tree removal is scheduled for 10/18 as promised.

    6 Months Solar Payment: Our standard process for covering solar payments is to send payments monthly once we receive your solar bill. Based on your Permission to Operate (PTO) date of August 23, you should have received one solar bill so far. As a gesture of goodwill and to expedite resolution, we are sending the first 3 months of solar payments now, with the remaining 3 months to be sent once you receive your third solar bill.

    We hope this resolution addresses your concerns. Should you have any further issues, please feel free to reach out, and we will resolve them promptly and with your best interests in mind.
