    Shantok sold us an **** with no suspension on the left side and the right side is affected, as well as the alignment.

    We have an issue because based upon how it was sold with a safety concern that was not shared with the buyer.

    Driver makes a turn and loses control of the car, it could cause a fatal accident for him and anyone in the vehicle or near the vehicle.

    Under ** ***** ***, even if a vehicle is sold ‘As Is’ when a vehicle is sold with a safety concern it puts the dealership at risk because dealerships can not disclaim, or limit a warranty when their is ‘failure to disclose’.

    Shantok is responsible for the cost of these repairs and I am baffled the seller who works at Shantok allowed this to leave the lot knowing the struts were not in good shape

    Hired a reputable repair shop to fix the vehicle for $1600.
