      Transaction on May 25. This was after it was difficult to even see him as he first had to reschedule then did not show up for our rescheduled consult. Finally met with him and got the estimate. Met again after estimate/price was finalized and signed. Then he got the delivery date of the windows a month wrong told us July 10, so I had everything prepped and took time off of work for nothing. A month later August 10, prep everything and took time off work and he does not show up at the time he stated, he was an hour late. Then he wasn't sure if the windows were the correct order, so nothing was stalled day one. He estimated the whole job would take two days. 8/11 he again shows up hours later than he stated he would and starts the installation. Came back to "finish" 8/13, again showing up late and did not finish, said he would be by 8/20 to finish. Again was late and did not finish. Said he would come 8/21 and didn't show, had to call him and rescheduled for 8/23 and then he did not show up again. Rescheduled for 8/27 to finally finish. He did not finish. Stated he would be here the next day, 8/28 to finish, would be here between 3-4. Did not show up and has now been unreachable since. I reached out to Andersen windows as they had gotten me in touch with him to see if they could get ahold of him. He called me 9/8 and I heard him for a second and then the call disconnected and I again cannot reach him. He has not finished the work he was contracted to including outside trim under some windows, installing screens, and did not clean up my basement or the debris outside my house.
