    Used Doug for 10 years to servicing the water system at my house. The time came when he recomanded a new system due to its age. I called him once a week for 3 weeks till he finally showed up to take a water sample and to talk about my opshions. Few weeks go bye I call I get his secretary leave a message. A week goes bye again I call the secretary said I gave doug the message sorry he dident call back. I leave a 2nd message and call back again this time 2weeks latter got the secretary again this time she had a attuide cuz I asked for Doug again she asked would you like his email I said no if he's to busy to call me I don't need to get ignored bye him. My advice to anyone reading this he's GOOD FOR SERVICE ONLY I don't RECOMMEND HIM FOR NEW INSTALLS I don't think he is capable of doing that type of work
