    Horrible, misdiagnosis to the problems with my brakes on my Mazda cx9.
    Drop my car off 6/17/2024. It was very hard to push the brakes down to stop the car.
    I mentioned to the receptionist, the problem could be Master cylinder, brake or booster brake. The receptionist called back and said it was not the Booster break
    It was the master cylinder that need to be changed. I said proceed to fix the issues.
    When I picked up the car in 6/19/2024
    I still had the same problem. I brought the car back on 6/20/2024 the manger on duty took the car for a test run. He felt the resistance in the brakes as well. Then he told me it was the booster break. This would cost $750. And I'm not going to find that price anywhere else. I said I shouldn't be paying anything because you didn't fix the Original problem. Now I already spent $900
    For them to fix, fix the master cylinder brake. Which I didn't need. So now my car been down 3 weeks and still trying to resolve the same issues. I end up bring it to ******** ** *********** ** still waiting for it to get fixed. Doesn't even deserve any stars ever!!!!
