    I had a roof replaced in October noticed a leak in December asked them to look at it and he denied any wrong doings or damages caused from the job done it's a serious health issue and doing more research I can't find a valid license for him registered to him or his llc.

    We stripped and replaced her roof as she mentions. Her old roof leaked in several spots as it was an improper overlay that had been done many years prior.  After the new roof was installed she complained that she was getting new leaking.  We went out and found a few shingles that had buckled slightly and made a repair just in case, although I was skeptical that water could be getting in through this area.  Later on, again she complained about leaking and possibility of mold.  I went out to inspect the interior of the home with my moisture meter.  (There are stains and signs of water damage that are from her old roof that did leak. signs of water infiltration can be seen in her attic, family room ceiling and garage ceiling.)  I checked the areas in question and found all the sheetrock and areas to be dry.  I showed her the results of the moister meter testing.  I assured her that the new roof was not leaking and this was all previous damage.  I did find a small active leak under her 2nd floor bathroom that was unrelated to the roof.  I showed her this also and let her know that she would need to address the plumbing leak.  I also recommended that she reach out to her insurance company to see if they could help her with this. She seemed satisfied with the assurances that I gave her.  Additionally, we are licensed and fully insured.  Our Active license number is ************ This can be verified by a simple search on the dept of consumer protection. I feel sorry that she is having these additional problems with her home but I have done my due diligence here and there are no issues with the roof that we installed. She will need to take care of the plumbing leak and possibly get a remediation company to check for mold.
