    I have been living in this Meriden Inn since June of 2022 started paying 210.00 Dollars after 4weeks it decreased to 190.00 dollars a week by Jan it was increased 30 dollars more a week then by June another increase of 35.00 and now another increase of 79.00 dollars a week total is 350.00 a week for a single room. Now I have a notice to quit my complaint is is this even legal. The manager states there privately owned I said it don't matter there is protocol for all Hotels and Motels. There is no amenities no linen me no towels no refrigerator no microwave wifi when it works roaches no complimentary breakfast etc. Is this even legal ?

    I just want to aware you that there has been a lot of remodeling here in one of the workers that work here even said she didn't even know that this was individual literally lives here the roof just got done they're painting they're doing the floors and I feel that's one of the reasons why they are increasing our rent on top of that now they want to charge $300 deposit for a dog and $150 more a week on top of your rent so we're looking at $1,900 to stay here I just bought my Yorkie about literally 3 weeks ago if she weighs probably about 5 lb if I'm lucky and I have already told the manager Maria and there was nothing said. I did pay $475 a week ago and I haven't received my court papers I do plan on paying something the following Wednesday but at the same time I'm looking and I want to know if this is even legal if I continue to contribute money to this place
