    my check engine light came on we own a auto shop and a towing for 25 year we scan the truck we diagnose we known the problem we told the dealer heater sensor #5 getting no power to the sensor need a new harness had corrosion call them checking up on my truck nick the service advisor stated that truck was all set they was charging me for the service the truck only has 20k on it still has warranty from dodge okay took the truck back to my shop the check engine light came back on we re scan the truck some codes came up we than call nick at the service desk he stated to bring truck nick told me the truck we done that day waited we call the dealer they try to tell it was a diif problem i ask them what was the problem the manager try to tell me the wiring harness going to the sensor no good i them told her that is what the truck came in for the first time now she stated she was going to order the harness i waited 1 day she never call me back again so i call them back now she told me now we have to wait for the warranty company to get back to them i told her why they did not do this the first time when the truck came in so you now this is my tow truck i am losing money i trying to tell her that she did want to hear this so my truck still they are a dealer i had warranty work done before never had this problem being spiteful very nasty please hope with this problem we are losing money this truck has to be back on the road for state police a town police calls the part that i need it is available i come 2 diff dealer ships they stated should not be a problem getting this part my truck now has to sit there because her diesel tech never diagnosed the problem right the first time so now my truck is sitting at the dealer ship need this truck back she do not to call me back now please maybe you guys could help mm

    After receiving the letter we reached out to the customer and they stated they would be retracting this complaint as there was no charge to them.
