      The unit they put me in is severely water damaged and roach infested no matter what I do. The on site and management offices are rude, deceitful, and just refuse to do anything but bill you. I've had the same maintenance request open since I moved it. They let the leak get worse and wasted my time making appointments they wouldn't honor. After 2 years of that, the chain smoking racist maintenance guy who roams the property randomly decided without notice to let himself in "for repair" when my child was alone, speaking to him inappropriately without parental supervision. I found him there and told him to leave. The company did not respond to his disgusting behavior. Instead they served me eviction papers for "interfering" with their work and want me to pay their fees and cost of their neglect. They are a company of predatory thieves stealing from low income families forced to live in their roach nests. It's not a safe place for kids.

      I pay for a parking space. I have called 4 people in management. People park in my space almost every day for 5 months. I put my in sign up that says tenant parking only. I am told by security that anyone can park there and they can't do anything about it. It may sound petty but you pay for a parking space and when you come home at night in the rain and get told nothing we can do. I've seen others get towed. I'm at my wit's end. At least honor the lease like I have to
