My son's first car experience went south very quickly by doing business with this dealership.
They let us purchase a car that had no title. We gave them $500 to hold the car and we would wait for the title. We explained that he had to drive to college in two weeks and they assured us we would be fine.
After two weeks, there was still no title so we called. They said it was just mailed and would have it mid week, that didn't happen. So we asked if we can please have $500 off the price because my son was using Uber to get back and fourth. Maybe take off the etching or the tire fill charge, they said there was no wiggle room. So we asked for our deposit back and they did give it back and blocked my wife from emails after. All my wife's emails bounced back when she tried to thank them for quickly returning the deposit. Yes, they blocked her emails because she asked to many questions.
Come to find out the next Subaru dealer let us know that the Etch and the Tire fill are optional and should never have been forced and false claim that it was mandatory. We purchased the etch from the other dealer because it was $400 less. Yes, there was a $699 charge for the etch and $99 for tire fill. Both are supposed to be optional. Fee stacking like no other.
I had bad experiences with car purchases but never to this extent. It was a waste of 2 weeks and the other dealer had the car he needed and it was sold to us in 3 days at an amazing price.
This is the most unprofessional dealership in our area. And don't ask to chat with the owners, they are never in. And other customers have said it's not worth it.

Friendly staff but deceptive business. When it comes down to the deal, they love to tack on fees for services the factory provide without at all asking or notifying the customer, leaving the customer to look over their bill. And when you try to negotiate the fees, they give you the old "it's mandatory, we charge everyone these fees" line and passively aggressively notify you that they will just cancel your purchase if you keep arguing. all I can say is do your research. If I knew them what I knew now, I would have walked away.
