    ***** women's wristwatch Model #********. Store SKU #************ purchased at the ***** outlet store located in ****** ****, ********** ** purchased on 09/20/2024. The store #**** located at ****** ****, ********** **.
    The outlet store did not want to refund the purchase price. The watch in question worked for five (5) days and stopped working. Returned to the ***** outlet store in ****** ****, ********** **. The store manager advised the sales representative they do not allow returns on watches and all issues with ***** watches purchased are handled by SEQUEL INTERNATIONAL, *** ********* ***** *********** ** *****. I am to contact them.
    Spoke with the manager at Sequel International named Bethany/Stephanie. Asked for a postage paid return label and she wasn't able to email the label.
    The purchase was the first time I did any type of purchasing transaction at the ***** outlet store and communication with Bethany/Stephanie at Sequel International.
    My impression of communication with the manager at Sequel International was cold. I was constantly being told their computer system was down. When the computer system came back on Monday, October 14, 2024, the manager was unable to email the postage paid return label. Stating that the computer was rejecting my email address. Hence, I am responsible for the return envelope and postage charges.
    I don't feel that I should be responsible for having the watch repaired at the local jeweler. The battery is either worn or the watches' mechanisms aren't working. I don't feel I should be made responsible for merchandise that isn't working. The store ought to have refunded or made an exchange.

    I ordered a watch prior and after a week (while I was away on vacation) they cancelled with no reason....I reordered and now they don't respond or update.

    In September of 2023 I mailed Sequel watch repair my ***** watch to be repaired . They called in November and stated it was unable to be repaired. They stated they would send the watch back to me. I have not received the watch. I have tried many times to reach them via phone but nobody answers it just rings.
