I bought my vehicle to personal auto care in February to have work on the front end of my car done which included CV joints and a front end alignment. I noticed one week ago my vehicle shaking at high rate of speed and looked at my front two tires and there's abnormal where. I believe the issues with my vehicle now are due to the work that personal auto did on my car and are not taking any responsibility

This vehicle was towed in on 2/12/2024. The Left Front lower ball was worn and fell out of the lower A-frame, which caused the left front axle to be pulled out when the wheel assembly got detached from the front suspension. The right lower ball joint was also very loose. We recommended to replace both right and left lower A-frames  (ball joints are included with the lower A-frame as an assembly) along with the left CV joint axle assembly, also a alignment. The customer approved these repairs. We completed the authorized repair work and the car was picked up.

On August 20 2024 the customer came back complaining of steering wheel wobble as well as steel coming from the front tires. We rechecked the alignment which was within spec's. The rear tires were also scalloping. the rear tires were at 3-4 /32's so pretty much worn out. The front tires had the steel belts showing , so front and rear tires needed to be replaced. The customer questioned why she needed tires when they were alright when the ball joint work was completed. We replaced the lower A-frame assemblies at 133049 miles. The car today has 140215 miles. We told her that tires should be rotated regularly, she said that she had the tires rotated every 3,000 miles. We knew that was not true because it has been 7,000 miles since we did the A-frames. And if the tires were rotated every 3,000 miles the worn tires would have been noticed before now.

She says we have to do something for her to repair the car. We didn't replace any tires, they are worn out. She was told there was nothing we could do, at no charge for her.
