    Sent a Baldor motor in for repair it was making a whinning noise it came back having the same issue!
    Sent cabels and servo drive with the motor back to servo tech to trouble shoot the entire system as one unit we never had any issues with the servo drive ever, when it came back we got error after error after error NOW THE MACHINE WAS IMOPERABLE WHEN IT WORKED BEFORE!
    They swear up and down it was running perfectly at their shop their must be something else wrong .
    So we hired the factory to come out and trouble shoot YOU GUESSED IT THE PARTS THEY SWORE UP AND DOWN THAT WE RUNNING PERFECTLY WAS THE ISSUE!
    Not only did they break our servo drive when presented with the service report from the factory they would not give us a refund and ignored our office

    Servotech re-built a ******* *pindle motor on my Mori-Seiki lathe. This job was finishing on time, with no problems at all. The motor needed extensive work (everything except a rewind). The final thing was to balance and vibration test at full rpm. The motor also looks like new. No one will ever see it, but is speaks well of the workmanship they put in it. I delivered the motor to them so I could see their facilities. I was impressed! A clean environment with all the machines and testing stations needed.
    I'm satisfied with the work and was impressed with the friendliness of all who I met and spoke with on the phone. This is business as it should be done.

    Great company to work with. Found them to be very reliable and honest. They have always stayed within the quoted price and were always on time with the repaired motor. I worked with the owner on a slight redesign of the motor and the result came out to be better than what the original OEM sold to us. All of the people there are great to work with from the front office staff to the techs who actually do the work. I would highly recommend them and in fact have recommended them to several of my associates.
