    At around 11pm on Saturday night-Nov26th, I entered the story and made a purchase for 13.00. I went outside and attempted to use the gas pump. It was stuck and I cancelled it out twice. Then I went to another pump and attempted to use it again. It declined my card. When I came home it said that I had authorized the amount of 53.04. I contacted Sunoco and they said that I need to dispute it with the credit card company. I learned from my bank that they had attempted to pre-authorize my card for 126.00. I called Sunoco again on Monday and they advised me to speak to the owner on Tuesday after 10am. I came into the store and the owner said it isn't my problem if you had a problem at the pump and there is no way to authorize without gas. I said to check the camera and you can see I did not get gas. He gave me the 800 number for merchants, when I called that 800 number they said that the owner knew it was the wrong number. I went back in the store and told him that they gave me the wrong number. He threw me out of the store.

    I received a complaint letter from one of my customers , I do remember this incident the lady she came three or four time back to the station, and every time I explain to her the same way, but she refused to understand and listen We have no control to any transaction outside on the gas pump , She told me she tried to use her credit card outside for different gas pumps but she couldn’t get it going.

    I’m definitely things that she active one of these pump by mistake and someone else came and use that pump for gas, My best solution to her she have to contact her bank and do a dispute for the charge and that’s what I have been trying to explain to her but she doesn’t want to listen.
