    The owner of this store, or so she says was very rude and nasty to me on 1/9/2023. She refused to give me her name by the end of the argument. She had a nasty tone as she went back and forth with me yelling like a maniac because I asked her a simple question in regard to the order I placed over 20 minutes before arriving to the store. As she was responding to my question in a nasty manor I cut her off and asked that she just proceed with making my order because I did not have more time to waste. Not only that, but my order was not even ready although at the time I placed it was for a 15 minute pick up. I even shopped a bit before going to the counter for my order. They had plenty of time to receive the order, but she claimed it did not go through on their end. I had to stand there and wait for her to aggressively make the smoothie in front of me. The whole encounter caused me to be late going back to work from my break. During the duration of the conversation she was rude, disrespectful, and nasty. Her co worker, or employee rather even had to intervene on her behalf in which she still kept talking. She told me not to come back by the end of the conversation because I responded in the same way she was speaking to me. She was very unprofessional and I was very appalled to learn she is supposedly the owner. The products and smoothie I purchased were good, but the customer service, at least from the ”store owner” was horrible. I truly wondered if she treats other customers that way or just African Americans!
